Technically, I am a car salesman by trade. However, I have always been an Auto Broker; before I even knew what an Auto Broker was. My friends and family would call on me to help them find a car, work out the best deal, and haggle my way into a loss for the selling dealership. I did it for fun back in those days. Now I do it for a living! Having the ability to work unrestricted across vehicle brands, provides me a unique prospective on the actual advantages of one vehicle verses its competitors. I can truly be unbiased. When working for a dealership, even if you know your competitor may offer an edge, you must still stand behind and sell the product you represent. As a broker, I can be honest; a rarity in the automotive industry.
I have run this business with one primary objective; Customer Satisfaction. In a volatile market, with the automotive industry struggling to meet quotas and selling objectives, it is truly not that difficult to get a good deal on your own. It is however hard to get a great deal while at the same time enjoying the unwavering commitment I have to insuring my customers are completely satisfied. Beyond the sale of the vehicle, I take a real pride in establishing a relationship with my customers. A happy customer is my best marketing tool. I do not spend a dollar on advertising, soliciting, or even leads. All of Fleet Direct business is solely generated by repeat and referrals. A fact I am very proud of. Experience it for yourself.
